- Allstar weekend is looking bright. MANY MANY MANY releases coming our way in the Sneaker World. But this blog will be featuring the Jordan "Gotta Shine" Collection. Including: Jordan Retro 1, Jordan Retro 6, and Jordan 31. Lets get into it...
First up: Jordan Retro 1.....
- These are perhaps my number one pick of this collection. But since retailers LOVE to make my life sooooo much more harder than it should... they have decided to make some retailers do raffles/drawings and others FCFS or First Come First Serve. So just off of that alone, they have officially turned a shoe that weeks before was considered to be a general release, now kind of has an "exclusive" tag on it. And since they appear to be limited, by DEFAULT they now fall into the "hype" category. I love the multi colored blended effect feature on the front and back of the sneaker. I have included a few additional pictures below to give you a better look at them. Although I mentioned the new "hype" on these, they will find a way into my closet. PLEASE believe me.
Releasing: February 19, 2017
Retailing: $175 USD
Next up: Jordan Retro 6.....
- Now when it comes to Retro 6 I am VERY biased. Retro 6 are one of my favorite retro numbers of Jordan! But with that hefty ticket price of $225 it makes fans reluctant to pay. I think they look good and may end up in my closet. The different colors throughout the sneaker is impressive to me. These could definitely find their way into my collection for sure as well!
Releasing Date: February 17, 2017
Retail Price: $225 USD
Last but not least: Jordan 31 or XXXI.....
- These are the featured "team sneaker". Meaning you are more than likely to see these themes as a team shoe for a collegiate team. Of this model, to me, these are one of he most appealing designs. Doesn't necessarily mean I'm buying them BUT if you have the money left over, I'd say buy it. These may be the most comfortable of the three models discussed. When it comes to playing basketball, this is DEFINITELY a buy!
Release Date: February 16, 2017
